R2R has specially designed and manufactured very thin solar wafer transfer rolls used on solar wafer printing machines.
- The thin material is only 0.07mm. Enabling more material per roll. Improving mean time to change (MTTC).
- Flatness is controlled to +/-2um per 200mm length. Drastically reducing micro cracks caused by uneven traditional paper.
- Air permeability is higher at 27 cc/cm2/sec . improving wafer hold strength, resulting in better print.
- Homogeneous material with no holes, unevenness or foreign objects that can cause issue on vision capture.
- Improved shelve life and tolerant to variations in storage temperature.
- Does not absorb moisture easily while in storage. No discoloration
